Sometimes I just want to throw everything in one pan and eat straight out of it.
With this recipe, you can do just that but still get a healthy and filling meal.

2 cloves of garlic minced
4 tbsp minced spring onions
½ red onions sliced
Salt and pepper
¼ bell pepper chopped
4 cherry tomatoes chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
¼ cup crushed tomatoes
1 can of handline caught Century tuna
3 tbsp basil sliced
1 cubed avocado
Couple leaves or arugula
1 tbsop sour cream
2 tsp avocado oil
1 tsp sesame seeds

Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves as well.
