Healthier Chicken and Pork Sisig Recipe

    ok, so i love sisig.

    But if you want something healthier and less heavy, make you feel like youre eating an approximation of the real thing, but not really, try this out:

    Healthier Sisig Recipe

    Quick mayo

    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/3 cup

    1/3 cup chicken liver
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 pinch of salt

    200 grams of pork chops, fat seperated
    200 grams of chicken thighs
    4 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 red onion, minced
    1/4 cup of chopped scallions
    1 red chilli chopped
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 green chili sliced
    1 tbsp cane vinegar

    garnish with: coriander, calamansi, chopped spring onions, chopped scallions


    process your mayo ingredients.


    Process the chicken liver ingredients.


    strip the fat from the pork.

    Render it first in your pan.

    once the oil has come out.

    add in the minced chicken and pork.


    cook for 5 minutes, add the garlic, onion, scallions, 2 chillies.

    Cook for 5 more minutes.


    add the sauces and season with salt.


    place on a plate and garnish.

    Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves as well.
