In this episode of Landscapes, I talk to Nico Binayao of the Hineleban Foundation about breathing life back into Mother Nature, and how to help the indigenous people who rely so heavily on her.
I also cook up a version of risotto with this rice-like grain called adlai, a local ingredient that I hope gets more popular in the future.
