It's hard not to be a rice-lover in the Philippines.
With this recipe, I teach Laureen how to incorporate veggies in your diet while still getting the texture of the country's most loved grain.
Add in a protein like seared tuna and you have a healthy dish with all the flavor.

2 cup cauliflower
1/3 cup thai basil
1/3 cup coriander
1/3 cup mint
4 tsp fish sauce
juice of 1 lime
2 tsp coconut sugar
1 red chili.
Put everything in a food processor
200 grams of tuna, marinated in 5 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tbsp of chili garlic sambal.
Sear on both sides for 3 mins on medium high heat with some olive oil.

Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves as well.
